As part of your AXIS Maintenance package, we have developed many tools which are available to our clients to assist them with AXIS.

Client Support

Clients are always welcome to contact GGY for assistance either by phone or e-mail. We will respond to your question(s) as soon as possible. Please see the Client Support section for specific information.

Knowledge Base

Articles to help clients understand not only calculations in AXIS but also system functionality to help them be more productive in their day to day work. We are continually adding new articles to the Knowledge Base.

AXIS Online Help

Available both online and installed with the AXIS. It includes a User Guide, Reference Manual and Context-specific Help Topics.

Enhancements and Bug Fixes

This tool allows you to see the enhancements and bug fixes from version to version. This is an invaluable tool when upgrading versions of AXIS to see if any enhancements or bug fixes will affect results in your model.

Assumption Screen Changes

This tool allows you to view the changes made in assumption fields between two versions. Begin by choosing two versions to compare, then choose the modules and level you are interested in. The search will return all assumption field changes between the two versions selected.

Best Practices Guidance

A package of guidance notes is being developed by GGY for the benefit of AXIS clients on a variety of topics related to the recommended approach to the implementation and use of AXIS.  While there is often more than one reasonable way to approach a problem in AXIS,  GGY hopes that discussions of advantages and disadvantages of various approaches from the perspective of those who have developed the system and assisted many clients in its use will be useful and help assure client satisfaction in the longer term.  These notes are all available within the Knowledge Base and require AXIS client log-in.
