GGY has revised procedures with respect to sending out disaster recovery keys. The new procedure is a simplified process and will eliminate the need for our clients to anticipate the disaster recovery needs of each specific office location.

If the client disaster recovery (DR) site is part of the same Active Directory domain as the primary site, then existing software keys will continue to work on any computer in the DR site.

If the DR site is part of a different Active Directory domain from the primary site, then the client needs to send an email through our support portal at www.ggy.com/client. In this email the client should document the request for additional logins for the currently licensed AXIS users who need to work in the DR site.
